management, and the day to day operations of these enterprises. I was also
responsible for hiring and firing employees and maintaining books and records
related to the business accounting and financing. During these five years, I have
been tested and was able to maintain the business operations for a number of years
off of initial investment capital and operating cash flow. These businesses are not in
operation today because the business locations did not attract financial support from
traditional financial institutions. I owned and operated the following business
enterprises:

Employment Experiences:
I have worked in managerial and supervisory positions in the Food Service and

for my cooks. I also have worked in a housekeeping management capacity in a
hospital and supervised workers in office cleaning jobs for banking establishments
and the State of Florida. The position with the State of Florida was Administrator
over Housekeeping. In the position, I learned lots about human nature and how to
get the most out of employees using the proper management techniques. I also
learned how to identify potential problem employees and remedy the problems
without arbitration of compliant. I am a people person but followed a no non -sense
