prroposallfor 7. 7 & 776 NE 80t~1STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, has been submitted and reviewed to
allow anEXCERTION requiring CITY COMMISSION approval for an extension of time not to
exceed enty (2) years °°for accessory parking abutting T3-R areas that were approved as
transitional uses nd prior zoning codes, as per Article7, Section 7.2.6(a).
The applicant is requesting an extension of time for a legally nonconforming use, more specifically a
parking lot that abuts a T3-R area that was approved as a transitional use under Ordinance 6871,
Article V, Section 1(6)(c), PER Resolution No.37558. The extension of time is for a period not to
exceed twenty (20) years.
EXCEPTION requiring CITY COMMISSION approval, as per ARTICLE 7, Section 7.2.6.(a), to
allow an extension of time not to exceed for a twenty (20) year for a legally nonconforming use.
