Honorable Frank Carollo, Chairman Sarnoff and Miami Commissioners 3500 Fan American Drive Re: Special Exception Application for Aguamarina School Honorable Commissioners, I reside at IR* V `> 2 d$'1 i _. nd am a neighbor on the block where Aguamarina School is located. On Thursday, November 18, 2010, you will have the opportunity to approve their application for Special Exception so the sixty children they currently serve may continue to have access to excellent and individual education within their neighborhood. Aguamarina School has thus far been an exemplary neighbor. My only concern was whether traffic would increase down our residential Second Court. After having been assured that no increase in the number of children was sought and that they would ensure minimal traffic down Second Court via measures including but not limited to crossing guards, left turn only signs to exit the site and mailers to educate parents on avoiding Second Court as a route to and from Aguamarina School, I am confident the school as proposed will continue to be an exemplary neighbor. Hence, I support their application and request you grant Aguamarina's Special Exception.
