ORDINANCE SECTION 936 AND SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE
CRITERIA, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1800
AND 1806 SOUTHWEST 2ND COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
