l; James F. Biagi, P.E,., have completed the inspection for the 40-Year Re -Certification of the
subject property mentioned above and prepared this "Draft Report for your review. I have
thoroughly inspected the.building structure, the roof, the existing roof conditions, and the entire
electrical:.system. At the conclusion of my evaluation, I have deemed that this building requires
both :structural and electrical repairs/corrections/alterations for a safe continued use and
occupancy as provided for Re -Certification.
Also :l am requesting that this building be granted Re -Certification per Section 8-11(1 of the
Code of Miami -Dade County upon. the proper completion of the items as contained herein, our
subsequent verification and written notification to your office.

RFP#14-02: 40 Year RenertiflOation .& Design -Build Seriices for 920 NW 2nd Avenue
Using a combination of manual and computer syste s, a preliminary project schedule is developed at an
early stay of project design.
The first schedule is a simple precedence diagram showing only the major components of the project and is
based on a comparison of similar project schedules adjusted for locations and seasonal variations, As the
design becomes mom final, a computerized schedule is developed with primary input. from our design team..
Additional reviews are made by ow construction services team for the project. Further input will come from
our Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Coordinator.
This master schedule will be updated often in the design stage of the project. Long lead items arc identified
during this process and early purchases are coordinated with the Owner and Design team.
Our review of the schedule, and schedule preparation practices 'include monthly progress status reports and
schedule updates and revisions; this is integral to the project's successful completion.. Primary Construction
will examine the schedule to identify variances between scheduled and probable completion dates of
activities, and provide analysis of the effec* major events on the overall project completion. The project
schedule will reflect 7 days for each CM, review, it is noted that Time Is of the ,Essence on this project.
