On December 15, 2008, the Board of Commissioners, by Resolution No. CRA-R-08-0073, passed and adopted on December 15, 2008, authorized an additional $1,300,000 to complete an expanded scope of the N.W. 3rd Avenue Streetscape at the request of the City of Miami's Department of Capital improvements ("CIP"), which was responsible for managing the N.W. 3`d Avenue Streetscape on behalf of the CRA. The Board of Commissioners, by Resolution No. CRA-R-11-0057, passed and adopted on November 28, 2011, de -allocated all remaining fund balances previously authorized by Resolution No. CRA-R-08-0073 upon the belief that the N.W. 3`d Avenue Streetscape had been completed and there were no outstanding invoices from the contractor and/or CIP.
