(i.e. —147 units) One (1) carbon monoxide alarm next to gas heater area, and the remainder will be regular smoke alarms No other smoke alarm work is included in this proposal B. Electrical Room Repair Repair electrical rooms for each of the 18 buildings (i.e. — replace all main disconnects, meter cans, panel boxes, etc.) Provide new grounding to all electrical meter rooms Permit all electrical work No other electrical work is included in this proposal C. Fire Alarm Installation Install new fire alarm system per latest fire code on three (3) existing buildings (i.e. —fire alarm panels, strobe lights, pull stations, horns, etc.) Prepare and permit engineering/architectural plans and specifications fully detailing the new fire alarm system No other fire alarm work is included in this proposal D. The new meter centers will need to be installed on the exterior of the building as the new ones will not be able to fit under the stairs as currently installed. • To install new main Disconnect switches for each meter centers.
