Subject: Omni/SEOPW CRA Office Servers/Build-Out
Ely,
The Omni CRA will be utilizing the existing server equipment from our current office location. Can you provide us the
quotes for the server equipment that will be needed for the Southeast Overtown CRA? I believe you had been working
with Miguel from our office with this. Please continue to coordinate with him on the Overtown CRA IT needs.
Thanks,
Mark.S.

Subject: Estimated cost for the CRA move to Old Homeless site
Hi Miguel,
As per our conversation, below are the approximate network cost that your office will encounter do to the move to the
Old Homeless site at
1490 NW 3rd Ave.
Network Router with VOIP $5,000
Network Switch with PoE $2,000
Wiring $300 per drop (15) $4,500
Total $11,500
The router must have Voice over IP so that you can utilize your existing Cisco phones. The switch must have Power over
Ethernet so that the Cisco phones can get their electrical power from the switch and not require a power brick. I will get
you a valid quote for the by the early part of next week.
The wiring will be done by Quality Wiring the City of Miami's wiring contractor. As Mike Price pointer out the Old
Homeless site has existing wiring in it. If the wiring is not damaged by your remodeling project then you will be able to
utilize a majority of the existing wiring if not all.
The above estimate is a worst case scenario that will ensure that you will have the network that you will require to
operate out of your new office.
Sincerely
