I will be in consultation with the Executive Director in order to have the CRA to request Board's approval for the payment to
the Children's Trust. Eventhough, this is a contractual obligation that CRA must comply, still we need to request authorization
to the Board due to the fiscal policies in place which require us to request authorization for any payment over $4,500.
On the other hand, please furnish the list of recipients of funding fron-I the Children's Trust within the OMNI as well as SEOPW
boundaries. This document will be incorporated to the agenda item requesting authorization for payment to the Children's
