The reason for this letter is to explain the reasoning for
the grant request. We owe the contractor, which is Desantis
and Desantis money for work he did on our property at
Dolphin Coin Laundry. The business is done and up and
running, but the issue is we have is The Final inspection
which needs to be done in order to have the final Certificate
of occupancy. The contractor wont get this done until we
give him the money owed which is about S11, 707,70. At this
moment we don't have the means to give him the money. So
therefor we ask if you can help our business out so that this
can all be resolved, This inspection should have been done
before we opened the business but he never got it done for
some reason. If you have any questions please feel free to
