A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTHEAST
OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), DE -ALLOCATING TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY
THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($2,383,180) IN
UNUSED FUNDS ASSOCIATED WITH PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PROJECTS,
AS MORE SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENT "A."
WHEREAS, the Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is
responsible for carrying out community redevelopment activities and projects within its Redevelopment
Area in accordance with its approved Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, by several resolutions, authorized funding for
various projects; and
WHEREAS, therenow remains over Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand One
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,383,180) in unused funds from these previously authorized projects, as
more specifically set forth in Attachment "A;" and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners wishes to authorize the de -allocation of Two Million
Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,383,180) in unused funds
from these previously authorized projects, as more specifically set forth in Attachment "A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The unused funds in the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Three
Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,383,180), associated with the previously authorized
projects, as more specifically set forth in Attachment "A," are de -allocated.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption .
