A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTHEAST
OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
DE -ALLOCATING FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000, PREVIOUSLY
AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION CRA-R-10-0096 FOR DOWNTOWN MIAMI
PARTNERSHIP, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, by Resolution No. CRA-R-10-0094, passed and
adopted on November 18, 2010, authorized the issuance of a grant to Downtown Miami Partnership,
Inc. ("DMP") to underwrite the costs associated with the operation of a shuttle to events within the
Redevelopment Area during Art Basel week; and
WHEREAS, due to insufficient outside funding sources, DMP cannot operate the shuttle; and
WHEREAS, without a resolution authorizing a de -allocation, funds previously authorized will
remain encumbered; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. Funds, in the amount of $5,000, previously authorized by Resolution No. CRA-R-10
-0096 for Downtown Miami Partnership, Inc., are de -allocated.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
