SPECIFICATIONS: EQUIPMENT: All equipment is per manufacturer's current specification with standard colors from manufacturer's catalog. Orders placed based on the attached quotation are subject to ship within Manufacturer's standard lead time. Requests for extended shipping times may result in additional costs, such as freight increases, raw material cost increases, etc. INSTALLATION: Installation includes equipment listed in attached quotation and assumes normal soil conditions and does not include any excavation (including hidden rocks, trees/roots) which could result in additional cost to the customer. Site or ground preparation, landscaping, borders or surface media such as sand, mulch, rubber etc., is not included unless stated. We are not responsible for any damages to underground utilities, fences or irrigation lines, etc., unless they have been marked and brought to our attention. Customer is responsible for re-routing or capping underground piping or utilities. SITE: Free and clear access to the work site is required. Customer to provide site security while operation is in progress, must have all underground utilities marked prior to installation, provide waste receptacle to accommodate construction debris. Any excavated spoils are to be left on -site unless prior arrangements and charges for removal are included in the attached quotation. PERMITTING: All shade and shelter products require permitting. Some municipal entities require play equipment permitting and Kool Playgrounds, LLC is not responsible for permits or their associated costs unless stated. We will provide necessary documents for permitting and will charge to the customer the costs involved to obtain documents such as engineered drawings. The customer can apply for permits, or if agreeable, Kool Playgrounds, LLC will provide permitting services such as engineering, couriers, permit fees, and administration costs etc., if so stated in the attached quotation. The customer is responsible for providing a current survey of the site for permitting purposes. SHIPPING: Shipping schedule is an estimate only. We do our best to maintain timely schedules. We are not responsible for any cost or damages resulting from shipping delays. The Shipping Schedule does not include, nor are we responsible for, time in transit.
