Insurance Coverage.

BACKGROUND:
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners of the Omni Redevelopment District Community
Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") approve and adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the renewal of the
CRA's general commercial liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance coverage through Brown &
Brown of Florida, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $10,723.
JUSTIFICATION:
The renewal of general commercial liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance will ensure
uninterrupted coverage.
FUNDING: $10,723 from Omni General Operating Fund, Account Code No.
10030.920101.545000.0000.00000.
