NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The compensation & benefits of the Executive Director, retroactive to July 22, 2010, are established as follows: a. Base Salary of $108,240.00/year; b. Family Health Insurance; c. Cellular phone allowance: $150.00/month; d. Pension: 401(A) with a contribution of eight (8%) percent of Base Salary; e. Vacation: 112 hours/year, use it within the year or lose it, no carryover to the fol lowi n g year; f. Sick days: 56 hours/year; use it within the year or lose it, no carryover to the following year; and g. Term Life Insurance. Section 2. The compensation and benefits of the Executive Director are to be shared equally by the OMNI and SEOPW CRA's. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
