Subject: Resolution Approving the CRA's Amended
Budgets for Fiscal Year 2010.

BACKGROUND:
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners of the Omni Redevelopment District Community
Redevelopment Agency CCRA") approve and adopt the attached Resolution approving and adopting the
amended Tax Increment Fund and General Operating Budgets of the CRA for the Fiscal Year commencing
October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2010.
On August 6, 2009, the Board of Commissioners, by Resolution No. CRA-R-09-0042, approved and adopted the
CRA's Fiscal Year 2010 General Operating and Tax Increment Fund Budgets. An amended version was later
approved and adopted by the Board on March 11, 2010, by Resolution No. CRA-R-10-0009 to account for
actual tax increment funds received in January 2010.
The City of Miami has now requested a reimbursement for expenses incurred on the CRA's behalf for the
design of the Museum Park project. The budget for Fiscal Year 2010 requires an amendment to account for the
requested reimbursement.
JUSTIFICATION:
Those certain reimbursements now requested by the City of Miami were not included in the proposed and
amended budgets approved on August 6, 2009 and March 11, 2010, respectively. These amended budgets
now include the requested reimbursements to the City.
