EXPENSES: Client Assessment and Adjustment Costs: 1: Psychological Assessment: Evaluate client basic skills and work -related psycho social traits 2: Client buy in: Find out what client wants out of program Create individualized plan, matching aptitude with job Reiterate client obligation and what we will provide if obligations are met. 3. Basic interpersonal and aptitude skills Reading, writing and math skill remediation where warranted Personal hygiene and workplace attire Communicating with others on the job and following instructions Construction Industry Training Costs: 1. OSHA 10-Hour construction industry training 2. Five four hour modular programs introduction to construction trades A. Electrical B. Mechanical C. Plumbing D. Structural E. Finish work 3. Five - two hour math, writing and communication sessions (job related). $3,750.00 $7,000.00 Work Related Apparel: $3,750.00 Boots, hard hat, clothes, tool belt and tools. Client Assistance: $1,250.00 Resume, job search interviewing skills training and client follow up. Client Stipend: $36,225.00 25 clients $7.25 per hour for 30 hours per week for six weeks (may be shorter for some clients) Administration (set at DDA rate of $2,400 per month) Benefits: $4,681.25 Staff supervision and coordination: $2,600.00 Advertising and promotion: $2,500.00 Total per session (25 clients over 6 weeks): S61,756.25
