the West, its payroll expenses will amount to over USD 50.000 / month.

• Income Generation: Botequim Carioca will hire preferably locally
from within the West Communities in the Miami Downtown Area. It will
continuously develop hiring and training programs at local Institutions
such as the CRA, the Culinary Institute in Miami Downtown and
others, and help the community regain its consuming power and
increase its quality of life.
• Local Suppliers: Botequim Carioca will purchase preferably from
local suppliers and will stimulate the local Businesses to outgrow the
current economic crisis.
• Social Responsibility: Botequim Carioca will continuously take part in Local
Community Actions and Programs, will support Programs designed to support the
Local Residents and will create its own Programs as well.

Some Current Projects- Supporting the Community
• Hiring West Programs: Development of programs to hire its Labor Force directly from the West
Communities.
• CRA Training Programs: Participation at (and employing from) CRA's Training Programs and
working together with the CRA in supporing the local Labor Force.
• Culinary Arts Institute: Exchange programs with the Culinary Arts Institute in order to create the
opportunity for its Students to get practical experience in the field.
• Local College and other Institutions: Exchange with Local College in Miami Downtown and other
Institutions in order to assist the Community in preparing its future professionals for their careers in the
Industry.
• Local Supplier's Programs: Employment of Local Businesses in its daily purchasing activities.
Botequim Carioca will help Local Businesses grow increasing its order volume.
• Business Referral Programs: Devote part of its Management Time on activities to pursue growing
the number of Businesses starting in the Area, to create a bigger consumer Market for the Future.
