The work includes setective demolition, environmental clean up, and the construction of a new roof system, second floor, all new MEP including HVAC, new restrooms on both floors, restoration and installation of historical elements, exterior site work, ADA and code upgrades and related work. Design will be done in two phases. Ph. I: InvestigatefstabilizationiReport & Recommendations, including clean-up and design and construction of historic roof system. Ph.
