The •9htin9Iandscaping, and irrigation are not included within the proposal. This cannot be concluded until a final design is approved and awarded. Will this be a problem? Team Pain's Construction Service fee is based on current material, equipment and fuel costs. Design & Engineering Services • In house skate park design work • Public process to include 2 input sessions (1 initiating / 1 final) • Construction Documents/Plans • Permitting / South Florida Water Management District • Civil Engineer Construction Supervision • As -built survey Site Work & Utility Work • Soil borings to ensure ground is stable and suitable for the skate park construction • Locate all underground utilities prior to earth work • Trench boxes or appropriate shoring methods shall be utilized on all excavations • Obtain all city, county and state permits required to perform this work (clearing, burning, environmental, etc.) • Provide all erasion and sediment control during entire construction of the skate park until work is finished and site is stabilized • Compaction testing as per plans and specs at intervals as required by Engineer. • Provide temporary fencing and gate around working perimeter with required regulatory signs • Provide temporary power/water to site S. storage facility • Clearing, grubbing, rough grading of entire site • Provide site surveying, elevations and grade stakes for entire skate park • Provide/install all drain work including drain lines into skate area and stubbed out at 4 ft above grade • Provide stabilized fill per lifts to specific elevations according to plans • Provide and install sidewalks within skate park and landscape sod The skate park specialty scope of work consists of the entire skateable features. Construction Services insurances and Expenses (per TP scope] • Payment and Performance Bands • General Liability Insurance [covering skate park construction] • Worker's Compensation • Crew expenses [travel & housing} Materials (per TP scope] • Provide entire material package • Provide all skating accessories, per plans TEAM PAIN • • • Equipment & Outside Services (per TP scope) • Provide soil density and concrete testing [per 5❑ yards of concrete] • Provide entire machinery package • Provide all tools • Provide concrete pumping services • Provide refuse dumpster • Provide job site storage/office Labor for the fallowing: Earthwork/ Formwork • Layout and stake out interior of skate area • Produce TP master transition templates • Set forms for entire skate area • Fine grade and compact entire skate area Coping/Rail Fabrication • Install pool coping and/or weld metal coping/railings for entire skate area Reinforcement • Reber placement of entire skate area and skateable features Cast In -Place Concrete/Shotcrete • Pour in place shotcrete/concrete for entire skate area • Finish Shotcrete/concrete to a smooth steel trowel finish for entire skate area • Set tile/install accessories • Apply curing sealer to entire skate area Clean Up/Punch Out • Saw cut joints in skate area • Attach drain fixtures and grates to existing drain lines in skate area • Remove forms • Pressure clean entire skate area • Apply caulking & joint fillers for entire skate area • Remove all equipment and storage facilities Final Walk thru procedures • Pre -walk thru • Rectify remaining items • Final walk thru • Provide one-year standard warranty for defects on workmanship • Provide maintenance schedule Total Fee $525,000
