Work provided in a. substantial workmanlike manner for the agreed sum of One Hundred and Forty thousand eiaht
hundred and thirty four dollar and scvenl:v cents ($140.8g4,74).This is a Partial Full invoice due and payable once
work begins: Each unit will take approximately 5 business days to complete pending any unforeseen problems. Once
first payment is received the time line starts.
The draws will commence as the first 5 units are completed or time frame of 25 days
expire which ever comes first.
