Valentin References: Financial Officer Request for Proposal for Executive Search Services for Executive Director. Enclosures: Supporting Documentation I have reviewed the proposals submitted by executive search firms for services required to fill the position of Executive Director at the Community Redevelopment Agencies. Based on this review (see attached spreadsheet), and the need to expeditiously fill this position, I have ranked the proposals in the following order: 1) Colin Baenziger & Associates; 2) Stanton Chase International; 3) Korn/Ferry International. I recommend that the CRA accept the proposal made by Colin Baenziger & Associates at a fixed fee of $23,825 and would budget $9,000 for candidate travel and miscellaneous expenses in conducting the search. This firm has achieved the successful placement of a number of executive positions for city and county governments in Florida.
