We estimate the cost of the project at $1,086,000, which excludes the additional cost of bringing the project up to the Overtown Streetscape" design. . This additional cost is estimated at $88,500, bringing the total estimated cost of the project to $1,174,500. We, therefore, would like to apply for funding in the amount of $88,500 to cover the over and above cost of our standard project requirement. Your support and assistance is greatly appreciated.
