SEOPW/CRA R- 0 3 - 8 9 OMNI /CRA R- 3 8 A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/ PARK WEST AND OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES ("CRAB") ESTABLISHING THE FRINGE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY FULL- TIME GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CRAS. WHEREAS, the full-time general employees of the Southeast Overtown/park West and Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agencies ("CRAs") render valuable service to the CRAs; and WHEREAS, the Boards of Directors of the Southeast Overtown/Park West and Omni Redevelopment District Community .Redevelopment Agencies desire to define the fringe benefits to be received by full-time general employees of the CRAs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS .OF SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST AND THE :OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCIES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Page 1 of 3 OMNI/CRA 03_ 58 S FWICPJ 8 Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble .to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The fringe benefits to be provided to full-time general employees of the CRAs shall be as per the attached exhibit "A". Section 3. DPW/CRA ATTACHMENT "A" Full -Time General Emp-loyee Fringe Benefits Medical/Dental: Vision: Pension (401A) : Cell Phone: Vacation: Sick Leave: Paid Holidays: Accidental Death/ Dismemberment: Life Insurance: CRA pays for employee - 90 day service waiting period. Combined as part of medical/dental. After one year of employment CRA to contribute 5% of base salary; employee may contribute up. to 15% of their base salary. At Executive Director's discretion; based on employee's function within the Agency. 7 hours per month of service; accrual rate to increase 1 hour for each year of service after first year up to a maximum of 11 hours per month (5 year service cap).* Accrue at 8 hours per month. 11 days per year to coincide with the City of Miami. Non -Contributory; up employee. 90 day period.
