A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHEAST
OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA"),
RATIFYING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S EMERGENCY ISSUANCE OF CRA
WORK ORDER NO. 04-52, IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,900, TO ALL DADE
GENERAL WATERPROOFING, INC. FOR THE EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT OF
THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING AT 1133 NORTHWEST 3RD AVENUE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, IN WHICH THE JUST RIGHT BARBER SHOP IS LOCATED; FUNDS TO
BE ALLOCATED FROM SEOPW TIF FUND, "CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS,”
ACCOUNT CODE NO. 689001.550108.6.860.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Southeast Overtown/Park West Community
Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") by Resolution No. SEOPW/CRA R-04-47, passed and adopted on
June 28, 2004, authorized the issuance of a grant in the amount of $209,800, for the renovation of
Just Right Barber Shop and certain common areas, including the roof, of the building at 1133
Northwest 3rd Avenue, Miami, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the roof of the building was in poor condition and threatened by the recent
hurricanes; and
WHEREAS, based on the state of the building and the impending hazards the Executive
Director, after obtaining two bids, issued Work Order No. 04-52 to All Dade General Waterproofing,
Inc. to replace the roof; and
WHEREAS, the CRA's Board of Directors wishes to ratify the Executive Director's issuance of
Work Order No. 04-52.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SOUTHEAST OVERTOWN/PARK WEST COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Board of Directors ratifies the Executive Director's emergency issuance of CRA
Work Order No. 04-52, in the amount of $16,900, to All Dade General Waterproofing, Inc. for the
emergency replacement of the roof of the building at 1133 Northwest 3rd Avenue, Miami, Florida, in
which Just Right Barber Shop is located.
Section 3. Funds are to be allocated from SEOPW TIF Fund, "Construction in Progress,
"Account Code No. 689001.550108.6.860.

Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
