Subject: Overtown Building Renovations
With response to your request for an estimate of the cost and time required to
rehabilitate several Overtown properties, please note that each of these
properties would require extensive renovation to meet code and the needs of the
CRA. We estimate the time needed to be six to nine months for the design stage
and an average of twelve months for the construction stage of each building. We
estimate the cost as follows:
1. Larry Williams' building — 925 NW 2nd Court $3.3 million
2. Dunn Hotel — 1028 NW 3rd Avenue $2 million
3. Divine mission Building — 910 NW 2nd Court $2.2 million
4. Reverend Williams' building #1 — 1131 NW 3rd Avenue $660,000
5. Reverend Williams' building #2 - 1133 NW 3rd Avenue $880,000
