RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 26, 2005. ALL MATERIALS PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED REMAIN THE

On May 26, 2006, the Miami City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider matters pertaining to the approval
and adoption of the Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West Redevelopment Plan for the Southeast
Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Area. The hearing will be held at or after 10:00 a.m. in the City
Commission Chambers of City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida.
This hearing is required by the Community Redevelopment Act of 1969 as presently set forth in Part III, Chapter 163,
Florida Statutes (the "Act"). This notice is being sent to you as a taxing authority of real property within the
redevelopment area, and is required by Sections 163.346 and 163.360 of the Act.
At the public hearing the City Commission will consider:
A resolution of the Miami City Commission (with attachments) approving and adopting the
Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West Redevelopment Plan (the "Amended Plan"),
attached and incorporated; and directing the City Manager to transmit the Amended Plan to
the Board of County Commissioners of Miami -Dade County for legislative action.
The Amended Plan provides for extension of the boundaries of the current redevelopment area and sets forth a
comprehensive plan for redevelopment including the development of residential and business uses, provision of
transportation and parking, construction of public improvements, and the implementation of development goals,
guidelines, and regulations. The Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency recommends
approval of the plan.
An additional copy of the proposed boundary map and legal description of the extended Southeast Overtown/Park West
Community Redevelopment Area are enclosed. A CD ROM of the Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West
Redevelopment Plan was included in our mailing to you on April 12, 2005.

Dear Mr. Crew:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 28, 2005,
OF WHICH YOU WERE NOTIFIED VIA REGISTERED LETTER ON APRIL 12, 2005, WILL BE
RESCHEDULED TO MAY 26, 2005. ALL MATERIALS PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED REMAIN THE SAME.
On May 26, 2006, the Miami City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider matters pertaining to the approval
and adoption of the Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West Redevelopment Plan for the Southeast
Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Area. The hearing will be held at or after 10:00 a.m. in the City
Commission Chambers of City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida.
This hearing is required by the Community Redevelopment Act of 1969 as presently set forth in Part III, Chapter 163,
Florida Statutes (the "Act"). This notice is being sent to you as a taxing authority of real property within the
redevelopment area, and is required by Sections 163.346 and 163.360 of the Act.
At the public hearing the City Commission will consider:
A resolution of the Miami City Commission (with attachments) approving and adopting the
Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West Redevelopment Plan (the "Amended Plan"),
attached and incorporated; and directing the City Manager to transmit the Amended Plan to
the Board of County Commissioners of Miami -Dade County for legislative action.
The Amended Plan provides for extension of the boundaries of the current redevelopment area and sets forth a
comprehensive plan for redevelopment including the development of residential and business uses, provision of
transportation and parking, construction of public improvements, and the implementation of development goals,
guidelines, and regulations. The Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency recommends
approval of the plan.
An additional copy of the proposed boundary map and legal description of the extended Southeast Overtown/Park West
Community Redevelopment Area are enclosed. A CD ROM of the Amended 2004 Southeast Overtown/Park West
Redevelopment Plan was included in our mailing to you on April 12, 2005.
