A resolution of the Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") authorizing the Executive Director to seek proposals for the disposition of the CRA's fee simple title to Blocks 45, 46, 55, and 56 as required in the Settlement Agreement between Poinciana Village, LTD., Sawyer's Walk, LTD., the City of Miami, and the CRA.
