If the Agency approves the issuance of the Bonds, the Bonds will be repaid from certain "increment revenues" as such term is defined in Section 163.340(22), Florida Statutes. The Bonds will mature no later than March 31, 2030. In accordance with Sections 163.358(3) and 163.385, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of Miami -Dade County, Florida and of the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida have approved the issuance of the Bonds.
