EUE Screen Gems Studios Miami; brought 90,000 sqft movie Studio to Miami — Completed a. Chief negotiator on all contracts for the development of the Viacom / EUE, Movie Studio. b. Creation of thousands of jobs, educational opportunities, and millions of dollars of economic impact for City of Miami. c. Project completed in approximately 11 months. d. The Movie Studio will bring, $100,000 per year min, plus 11% of annual gross revenue together with the property being placed on Tax Rolls. 2. Port Tunnel chief Negotiator for $50 Million City of Miami's increment. a. Saving CRA approximately $4.5 Million in Debt Service payments, as Goldman Sacks issued the bonds. b. The Tunnel increases quality of life to residents in Downtown by relieving the streets of tractor trailers and the ensuing scars it created. 3. First CRA in State to generate revenue that is Non — TIF funds. — Completed 4. Renovated Historic Firehouse #2 — Completed a. Managed all aspects of renovation. b. Reduced operating cost by $180,000 annually. c. Received Awards from — Dade Heritage Trust and Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. d. Project completed on time and under budget — saving Omni CRA approximately $1.5 Million. 5. Conservative Operations: Omni CRA annual Operating Budget has never been above 3% - State Statute allows up to 20%, staff of 4 is lean increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability, allowing more dollars being invested onto the streets in the Community. 6. Museum Park: Oversaw and Funded Construction of Museum Park - $14 Million. Completed a. Increases quality of life for Downtown residents, visitors, and business people. b. Increases tax roll on adjacent lands. c. Remediated land for PAMM and Frost Museums. d. Achieved cost saving and timely completion of project. 7. Margaret Pace Park enhancements — Kids playground, Outdoor Gym, Facade enhancements and Dog Park — Completed a. Saved City of Miami $800,000 maintenance costs. Omni CRA Police Unit: Created / Implemented first of its kind — Completed a. Enhanced police presence by more than 6 full time officers patrolling the boundaries. b. Reducing Crime down by 7% and violent crime down by 9%, within the first year. 9. Implemented Infrastructure and Streetscape improvements of 14th St. — Completed a. Achieved costs savings and timely completion of project. b. Project incentivizes development within Omni CRA. 10. Successful Grants to City Hall Restaurant and Braman Hyundai / Kia. — Completed a. City Hall — Negotiated and oversaw $80,000 Grant for infrastructure upgrades and connection, affording job creation for local residents. — Completed b. Braman Motors — Negotiated $150,000 Grants for infrastructure upgrades and connections, affording job creation for local residents. - Completed 11. Partnered with DDA with wayfinding Study - Completed 12. Oversaw Trinity Church Construction Grant — Completed and on Budget. 13. Oversaw Women's Club 40yr recertification Grant - Completed and on Budget. 14. Implementation of Women's Club Baywalk - Ongoing 15. Partnering with Camacol's Planning Committee for organizing Miami Media and Film Market (MMFM) — Annually 16. Assist Homelessness programs in Omni CRA area — Completed, and ongoing. 17.
