Department of Public Facilities ENCLOSURES: Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on April 14, 2011, for the purpose of granting to Florida Power and Light Company, a perpetual non-exclusive easement of approximately ten (10) foot wide by thirty seven (37) foot long strip of City -owned property located at NW 7th Street and NW 14th Avenue, Miami, Florida (also known as Orange Bowl Complex). Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Appro Enclosure 66i MVeg FPL NW 7 St & NW 14 Ave OB Complex Easement Gallastegui, Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on April 14, 2011, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT, TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY, A FOR -PROFIT FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) FOOT WIDE BY THIRTY SEVEN (37) FOOT LONG STRIP OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT NW 7TH STREET AND NW 14TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (ALSO KNOWN AS ORANGE BOWL COMPLEX), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC UTILITY FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, ADD TO, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN SAID EASEMENT. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard conceming these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon any appeal maybe based (F.S. 286.0105).
