Subject: Resolution Approving the Midtown CRA's FY
2013 Amended Budget

BACKGROUND:
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners of Midtown Redevelopment District Community
Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") adopt the attached Resolution approving and adopting the amended Tax
Increment Fund and General Operating Budget of the CRA for the fiscal year commencing October 1st, 2012
and ending September 30th, 2013.
JUSTIFICATION:
On September 13th, 2012, the Midtown CRA's Board of Commissioners, by resolution No. CRA-R-12-0060
approved and adopted the TAX Increment Fund and general Operating Budget for FY 2013 based on estimates
of tax increments funds expected to be received in early January 2013. The Budget has been amended to
reflect the amount of tax increment funds actually received in January 2013.
