The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Gort at 6:16 p.m. and was adjourned at 6:18 p.m. ALSO PRESENT: Pieter Bockweg, Executive Director, CRA Veronica Xiques, Assistant General Counsel, CRA William R. MCRA RESOLUTION 12-00177 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE MIDTOWN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA"), WITH ATTACHMENT(S), APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CRA'S AMENDED SPECIAL REVENUE FUND BUDGET AND GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2011 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2012; FURTHER DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO TRANSMITA COPY OF THE AMENDED BUDGETS TO THE CITY OF MIAMI AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. Bockweg (Executive Director, Community Redevelopment Agency): Item number 2 -- Vice Chair Gort: Item 2. Mr. Bockweg: -- Commissioner, is the special revenue budget and operational budget for Midtown. Total revenues collected this year is $1, 636, 727. As you know, per the interlocal agreement with Midtown, 99 percent of that revenue goes to the CDC to pay off the debt service for the parking garage. Vice Chair Gort: Correct. Mr. Bockweg: And before you is, again, similar to what happened in Overtown and Omni, the modified budget includes the operation and general revenue budget for Midtown. As you know, there are no operations really for Midtown. Vice Chair Gort: Right. MCRA RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE MIDTOWN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("CRA") AUTHORIZING A PAYMENT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,620,359.73, TO THE MIDTOWN MIAMI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ("CDD"), PURSUANT TO THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT DATED MAY 28, 2004; FUNDS FROM MIDTOWN TAX INCREMENT FUND, "OTHER CURRENT CHARGES AND OBLIGATIONS," ACCOUNT CODE NO. 10000.920101.549000.0000.00000.
