The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The Miami City Commission directs that pedestrian, bicycle and emergency vehicle access be prohibited through the permanent vehicular access restriction barricades located at Northeast 72ndTerrace, Northeast73rd 8treet, Northeant74th Gtreet, Northeast 75th Street and Northeast 77th Street stthe easterly side oytheir intersection with NodheaotOth Court, KNimm|. Florida, subject to the following conditions: m)approval cf the Miami -Dade County Traffic Director; b) said restriction of access shall be accomplished by the installation of a six (6) foot tall metal picket fence installed inand across each of the five existing vehicular access restriction barricades extending from the back ofthe sidewalk onone side of the roadway tothe back ofsidewalk onthe opposite side of the romdway, containing no gate, ensuring no pedestrimn, bicycle and emergency vehicle access toand from the Belle Meade neighborhood; c>the Department ofPublic Works shall approve the design of the aforesaid fence; and cly of Aflam/ /�-00102 �.
