Please make arrangements. to .publish a Notice of Public Hearing for a resolution
restricting vehicular and pedestrian access to the alley located in the area bounded by
Northeast 1st Avenue, Northeast 1st Court, Northeast 13th Street and Northeast 13t
Terrace.
The Public Hearing has been scheduled for March 24, 2011.

ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES COMPENSATION, REMUNERATION OR
EXPENSES FOR CONDUCTING LOBBYING ACTIVITIES IS REQUIRED TO
REGISTER AS A LOBBYIST WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN
LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OR
THE CITY COMMISSION. A COPY OF THE APPLICABLE ORDINANCE ` IS
AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK (MIAMI CITY HALL), LOCATED

AT THE SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, TO BE HELD ON MARCH 24, 2011 AT 9:00 A.M., IN ITS CHAMBERS AT
CITY HALL, 3500 PAN AMERICAN DRIVE, THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION WILL
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM RELATED TO THE REGULAR AGENDA:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING
AND PERMITTING THE RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR AND
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE ALLEY LOCATED IN THE AREA
BOUNDED BY NORTHEAST 1ST AVENUE, NORTHEAST 1ST COURT,
NORTHEAST 13TH STREET AND NORTHEAST 13TH TERRACE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AS MORE
PARTICULARLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Copies of the proposed Resolution are available for review at the Public Works
Department, located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 8th Floor, during regular working hours.
