Fj Community City of Miami Commission Chamber Development 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)J amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below:' t 1 1. Discussion and proposed resolution granting Allapattah Business Development Authority, Inc. ("ABDA") an extension of time to commence construction from December 31, 2009 to June 1, 2011, and to complete construction from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2011, on the property located at 1264 Northwest 31a Street; and an extension of time to commence construction from June 30, 2010 to January 1, 2012, and to complete construction from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2012 on the property located 790 Northwest 29th Terrace; and an extension of time to commence construction from June 30, 2010 to July 1, 2012 and to complete construction from June 30, 2011 to December 30, 2012 for the properties located at 3255 Northwest 11'" Court and 3245 Northwest 11`" Court; further authorizing the City Manager to execute modifications to the deed(s) that conveyed the properties from the City of Miami to ABDA. 2. Discussion and proposed resolution rescinding Resolution No. 07-0208, adopted April 12, 2007, to the extent that it authorized the sale of certain city owned parcels to Progressive Vision Community Development Corporation, Inc.; au horizing the conveyance, with parcel reverter provisions, of said city owned parcels to Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation for the development of affordable housing. The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan. t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, February 22, 2011 and ends Wednesday, March 23, 2011. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, March 24, 2011 (public hearing). $ Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Department of Community Development office located at 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33130.
