FLOATING DOCK PROJECT, PH-1, AVAILABLE FROM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
B-30541B; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR SUBMISSION OF
SAID GRANT APPLICATION, THE EXECUTION OF GRANT OR DEED AGREEMENTS, AND
THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROPRIATION OF MATCHING FUNDS IN THE EVENT OF THE
