Jane Doe v. City of Miami, Case No. 10-21901 CIV-COOKE
(File No.: 11-00125)
The attached proposed Resolution seeks authorization for settlement of all claims against
the City of Miami, in the amount of $62,500.
In this case Plaintiff alleges negligent hiring, retention and supervision and civil rights
violations by the City of Miami to alleged actions by terminated Officer Michael Ragusa during
2006 and 2007.
Funds in the amount of $62,500 will be allocated from Account No.
05002.3 01001.545000.0000.00000.
