A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Nuisance
Abatement Board, to serve a term ending March 10, 2012, or until the nominating Commissioner
leaves office, whichever occurs first.
