ENCLOSURES:
As Chairperson of the Evaluation Committee ("Committee") for the above services for the City of Miami, it
is my responsibility to offer the findings and recommendation of the Committee.
The City issued RFLI 220229 for the provision of Concession Operation at the Grapeland Water Park, and
three (3) Proposals were received. The Evaluation Committee ("Committee"), appointed by the City
Manager, was comprised of the following individuals:
l . Donald Lutton, City of Miami Recreation Superintendent (Chairperson)
2. David Miller, City of Ft. Lauderdale Recreation Superintendent
3. Anna Parekh, Director of Office of Real Estate and Development, City of 1vliami Beach
The Committee evaluated the. Qualifications of the three (3) responsive and responsible proposers and
evaluated each pursuant to the City's RFLI procedures. Following discussion and deliberation, the
Committee recommends the following Proposers be qualified, in rank order:
Concession Operator
1. Alirio's Inc. d/b/a Juniors Caterine of Miami
2. New York Roma Pizza & Pasta, Inc.
3. Toby's Concession Services, Inc.
Should contract negotiations fail with any of the two top ranked firms for the Concession Operation at the
Grapeland Park Aquatic Center, the Committee recommends the City re -solicit proposals for the operation,
as the committee found the credentials of the third -ranking proposal insufficient to effectively operate the
concession in the best interest of the patrons of the water park and the City of Miami.
