HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB ResoMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-11-004 File ID 10-01454zt January 19, 2011 Item PZAB.6 Mr. Guillermo Revuelta offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13114, THE MIAMI 21 CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 5 "SPECIFIC TO ZONES," TO MODIFY STORY HEIGHT MAXIMUM FOR THE T4 TRANSECT ZONE, CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Upon being seconded by Mr. Lazaro Lopez, the motion was passed and adopted by a voteof5-4: Mr. Ron Cordon Absent Mr. Charles A.
