URBAN CENTER TRANSECT ZONE TO "T3-R" SUB -URBAN TRANSECT
ZONE, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE COCONUT GROVE
NET AREA, AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION
OF INAGUA AVENUE AND AVIATION AVENUE; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

Quadrant of the Intersection of Inagua Avenue and Aviation Avenue
