CONTRACT EXTENSION
THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT, entered into this day of
, 20 , by and between Miami -Dade County, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida (County) through its Office of Capital Improvements, Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond
Program (Office), located at 111 N.W. 1 Street, Suite 2130, Miami, Florida 33128, and City of Miami
having offices at 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue. 8th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130 (Grantee),
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-391-05, passed and adopted on April 5, 2005, the Board of
County Commissioners authorized a Contract between the above -named parties for the rendering of
Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond Project(s); and
WHEREAS, both the Office of Capital Improvements (Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond
Program) and the City of Miami are desirous of amending the Series 2005 Specified/Per Capita
Agreement to accomplish the purposes set forth below,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and other
good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Section III. EFFECTIVE TERM is amended to read as follows:
Both parties agree that the contract completion date shall be extended for each of the
Parks/Projects listed below as follows:

In all other respects, the Contract shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms and
conditions specified therein.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties through their duly authorized representatives hereby
