Also on December 1, 2010, they recommended approval for the three parcels fronting North Miami Avenue; located to the North of 41 st Street; to the East of North Miami Avenue and to the South of NE 42nd Street, by a vote of 5-4. City Commission: Passed First Reading on December 16, 2010.
