HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB ResoMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-10-050 File ID 10-00926x October 20, 2010 Item PZAB.3 Mr. Ernest Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH A CONDITION TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AN EXCEPTION AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE 13144, THE MIAMI 21 CODE, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, TABLE 3, AND CITY CODE CHAPTER 4, AS PERMITTED BY EXCEPTION IN SPECIFIC TRANSECT ZONE "T6-8 0", TO ALLOW A SUPPER CLUB IN TRANSECT ZONE "T6-8 0", SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 8201-8207 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI- DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED "T6-8 0" URBAN CORE ZONE. THIS EXCEPTION WAS GRANTED PER PLANS ON FILE WITH A TIME LIMITATION OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS IN WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: APPLICANT TO PROVIDE MATERIALS IN REMODELING FOR SOUND ABATEMENT WHICH MUST BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT.
