A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, each to serve a term ending January 13, 2012, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
