Federal regulations governing Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") and other United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. The review and comment period began Tuesday, December 14, 2010 and ends Wednesday, January 12, 2011.
