A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION RENAMING GOLDEN ARMS
MINI PARK LOCATED AT 2000 SOUTHWEST 24TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO
"SILVER BLUFF PARK;" FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE
ALL ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE RENAMING
OF SAID PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami City Commission hereby renames Golden Arms Mini Park located at
2000 Southwest 24th Street, Miami, Florida to "Silver Bluff Park."
Section 2. The City Manager is directed to take all administrative action necessary to
effectuate the renaming of said park.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption and
signature of the Mayor. {1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
