SEPAN TODOS QUE la Junta de Comisionados de la
Ciudad de Miami celebrara una reunion el jueves 13 de
Octubre del 2011, en el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de
Miami (Miami City Hall) 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida 33133. Se celebrara una sesion privada aboga-
do-cliente, bajo los parametros de F.S. §286.011(8), F.S.
[2010]. La persona que este presidiendo la reunion ordi-
naria de la Ciudad de Miami, anunciara el comienzo de
una sesion privada abogado-cliente, sin asistencia del
publico, con el proposito de discutir el litigio pendiente en
el caso de: Kenia Perez vs. la Ciudad de Miami, pendien-
te en la U.S. Corte del Distrito Sur de la Florida, Caso
No. 10-21179-CIV-Cooke/Turnoff, en el cual es parte ac-
tualmente la Ciudad. Esta reunion privada comenzara
aproximadamente a las 3:00 p.m. (o tan pronto el horario
de los Comisionados to permita) y concluira aproximada-
mente una hora despues. A la sesion asistiran los mien-
bros de la Junta de Comisionados: el presidente de la
Junta, Wilfredo (Willy) Gort, Frank Carollo, Marc David

Services Agreement for the provision of On -Site Maintenance and Toll Free
Technical Support for the First -In Fire Station Alerting System of all the City of
Miami Fire Stations from Westnet, Inc., a Non -Local vendor, located at 16581
Burke Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, in an amount for all upgrades and
the Services Agreement of $696,246.32, with a total contingency reserve of
$76,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $772,246.32.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might
be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Yusbel Gon-
