State of: Florida Department•of Environmental Protection Funding and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.(EPA) grant funding, A competitive bid process will jeopardize the ability -to cleanup 6200 NW 17Ave within they EPA three (3)-year Grant Funding Period.
